Ces \u00e9motions conduisent in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions qui peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme irrationnelles, biais\u00e9es ou tout simplement mauvaises, ce qui se traduit par des r\u00e9sultats de trading m\u00e9diocres.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour savoir comment g\u00e9rer l'effet de ces facteurs \u00e9motionnels, il faut faire une introspection et reconna\u00eetre non seulement ce que l'on ressent, mais aussi l'influence que ces sentiments peuvent avoir sur une transaction. Cela signifie \u00e9galement qu'il faut reconna\u00eetre que ces \u00e9motions instinctives ou cette intuition, \u00e9galement connues sous le nom d'instincts de trading, peuvent \u00eatre influenc\u00e9es par des facteurs externes. Ce sentiment devient si fort qu'il prend une dimension \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, obscurcissant le processus de r\u00e9alisation de l'objectif r\u00e9el.<\/p><p>En d'autres termes, l'id\u00e9e de gagner devient plus excitante que la victoire elle-m\u00eame. Ceci n'est pertinent que dans le contexte de la \u00ab\u00a0tangibilit\u00e9 de l'anticipation\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Il est possible de r\u00e9duire le risque de devenir d\u00e9pendant du \u00ab\u00a0et si\u00a0\u00bb en d\u00e9veloppant la conscience de soi. Il s'agit de prendre du recul et de reconna\u00eetre qu'une certaine \u00e9motion ou habitude a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre le pas sur la pens\u00e9e rationnelle. Et admettre que les processus de pens\u00e9e subjectifs ont un impact sur les donn\u00e9es objectives.
